I Cannot Sign In At Your Website So Please Cancel My Membership.
No Matter What I Try, I Cannot Sign In To Buy Another Game. I Have Tried For 4 Days To Sign In. Therefore, Since I Cannot Sign In, I Need To Cancel My Monthly Membership. Please Do This Before The Next Payment In May. Thank You.

Hi Margaret,
I just answered your second question before I saw this one. if you are cancelling your subscription because you can not log in then you can receive assistance to access your account once again, if you prefer.
Contact Customer Support. They can promptly locate your account once you provide the following information:
- Your first and last name,
- First four and last four digits of the payment card on the account,
- the card's expiration date
- Your billing address.
Please do not include your entire credit card number.
