My Sharp Hdtv Needs Service.

I called the Geek Squad today to setup an appointment. After 3 phone transfers and some horrible illegible voices I was in touch with a southern gentleman who spent the next half hour making out a work order. He asked for almost everything except my waste size. He then said that after all this time and effort, he would transfer me to a Geek Tech. I said another transfer? He said the tech needed to set the appointment. That’s where I stopped him. I have not heard from the tech because I was told they were forbidden to make return calls. What can be done? Help!
