How Is The Front Cover Removed From A Bernina Aurora 440qe Sewing Machine?

My dealer has had two opportunities to repair my machine and did an OK job except for getting the cover back on so edges are aligned. It's gaping open on the right side of the top most noticeable between the bobbin winder and the handwheel. And the edges are not lined up properly on the right side of the lower bottom front.
