The Bernina 009dcc has a thread guide that can be replaced. The thread guide is located on the needle plate, which is the metal plate at the bottom of the sewing machine. The thread guide should be removed by unscrewing it from the needle plate. The replacement should be screwed in place and tightened to hold it in place.
