Why Has Output Ceased In Left Channel On An X32 Used With An Lcr System?

The x32 board is installed at The First Baton Church of Baton Rouge, LA. Actually there are two problems. Problem No. 1. The board has worked fine for over a year. Suddenly the output signal through left channel has ceased. Meter Output Level readings indicate a signal response. The pan control for the main left/right channel fader strip is in the center position. The left and right signals route throuth XLR outputs#15 and #16 respectively. Have I done inadvertently done somthing to alter the routing or is there a defect in the board? Problem No. 2. The LCR configuration is set up as follows: The speaker system has seperate left and right speakers and a central cluster. The cluster has near field and far field speakers that are aimed toward the house and a foldback speaker that is aimed backward toward the choir loft. Because I wanted to be able to control the fold back speaker seperately from the house, your technician, Mr. Jess told me to set it up as follows: The inputs that feed into the center cluster are routed to Bus #9. The signal is then routed to Matrixes A#1 and #2. Matrix 1 is designated as "House" and No. 2 is the "Foldback." The matrixes are routed to the Center Master Fader. A small amount of signal is routed from the LR Master to the Cluster to provide center fill to the House and sound through the foldback. Heretofore, the inpus that feed into the Cluster would show a signal only on the Center Channel Output Level Meter on the Display Screen. Now there are signal indications on both the left and right channel Output Level Meterss, but there is no sound coming from the LR speakers. Sound is coming only from the Cluster which is the desired goal. Why iis there a signal indcation displaying on the left and right output level meters? Thus far, the x32 has proven to be an excellent board. The sound is clean and natural. Mr. Jess was extremely helpful in his instructions to configure the board to our well designed audio system. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving the two problems that have now appeared. Thank you
