Phone Number For Bofa Highest Person In Customer Service

Can not get them to respond to my problem, call me back, respond to calls or documents sent. I need to get to someone that will resolve a serious issue. Not the ussual CS numbers as this always ends up with 90 minutes on the phone and comittments made and not kept and me telling my problem over and over and over again.
