Need to Contact BofA to Discuss Refund

I received a refund check and looks like it was from of one of my past credit cards and it's expired so I was able to deposit it how can I take care of this to get it reissued I called all the numbers around this address from Bank of Americas and none of those numbers are valid for any of Phoenix Arizona's or corporate I'm stumped and baffled can you help
