Receiving Assets Of Savings Account After Husbands Death

My husband died and had a savings account held in trust by his mother who has passed. No other beneficiaries exist other than me and BofA won't release the funds to me or change the name on the account. I have provided certified copies of Death Certificates (husband and Mother-in-law) copies of wills and all other pertinent documents. How do I resolve this?
