Payoff Of Old Mortgage Not Discharged

Old mortgage thru Greenpoint Mortgage Funding was paid off in a Countrywide refi; have letters of satisfaction from Greenpoint, but discharge was not recorded at my county court. How do I get a duplicate discharge of mortage or mortgage satisfaction letter that can be filed with court to release this mortgage?
