Do you mean your 1098 (mortgage interest statement)? If you didn't receive it, you will need to call BOA. You should have had it by now. If you really do mean a 1099 (income from independent contractor work), you don't have to have it to enter the income. Just put it under Misc. Income on your Schedule C.
