How Can I Make My Payment On Time If Bank Of America Is Closed?

Bank of America has entered into an agreement to modify my loan. The second payment is due today, July 1, 2012. The terms of the agreement specify I must make the payment no later than this date and in the month in which it is due. Thus, I couldn't make the payment in June when they were answering their phone, and I can't make it today because when I call they say they are closed.

Your best bet is to create an online account with their online banking system. Go to this web page and you should be able to create an account and pay your loan today (hopefully).
