Easiest Phone Number To Ring To Talk To A Person, When Dialling From The Uk.

My dad passed away recently and had a ITF account in my name. I just go round and round in circles trying to talk to someone. I live in the UK and the amount of money I am spending on wasted calls is plain silly.
