Change Back Program

I have all 3 requirements needed to enter into this program, however it is asking for a RESIDENCE ADDRESS. My PO Box address is the only address associated with my account, I DO NOT WANT THIS TO CHANGE. I receive NO MAIL AT MY RESIDENCE & my checks have the PO Box address. Why do you not allow a PO Box address on line?
