If there is a BOA branch near you - there are locations in the major Indian cities - take some ID and they will give you a temporary card on the spot. If there is not a branch:

Credit cards: Please call us at 1.800.732.9194 as soon as you discover your credit card is missing. If you're calling from outside the U.S., call us collect at 1.757.677.4701.
Check Cards: Please call us at 1.800.848.6090 as soon as you discover your check card is missing. If you're calling from outside the U.S., call us collect at 1.315.724.4022.
