how do I get radio code for my Z3 with paying someone to pull out radio....

lost it replacing battery and book or code didn't come with it

You will need to take your registration for the car and ID with you for proof of ownership with you to the dealership. The dealership will require the serial number so you will need to obtain that by removing the radio. Since you don't want to pay someone for this, you will need to do it yourself.
