Can Anyone Send Me An Owners Manual And Or How To Program A Bmw Screen.

Hi, I own a 2004 31.8i BMW 3 series. It didn't come with a manual and even though it a basic BMW with a 1179 e46 block, I've purchased a repair manual for 99-06 BMW s and it only gives me information on how to change the oil. The car has a TV screen including SOS and CD player. So for a very high price I purchased an owners manual for a car like mine which has no information on my car. A would be mechanic topped up the oil and a yellow oil light appears for a minute then goes off. I have  no drawings or photos of the engine bay as there's a major unit removed in the rear right of the engine bay, which I think is beside to some kind of fuse box. Any way I took my car down the road to a mechanic who doesn't deal with many prestige cars but is a mechanical genius. He put the car under the hoist and he removed the drain plug and the car had over a litre of excess oil. Due to that I have small oil leaks here and there but that was driving it up to 500km when the oil was added. This particular model car which I've seen advertised came out with rear sensors for  backing in to park and an auto wipers when it rains.I cant get any information on how the TV screen works and don't have an idea in programing it. I've already spent close to 1k and in Melbourne  Australia the law states tat a road worthy certificate must be produced in order for the new driver to drive a safe car. Well the RWC was shonky and there's suppose to have new brakes and buses,ball joints etc. Driving the car is like driving a Truck without power steering.When I removed the plastic under the engine bay which had a fair bit of oil on it, but the front end seemed OK but old, yet if so all of these parts had to be replaced. I also purchased a spare key which cost me $675.oo,(what a joke) I have forget to add that the oil light still appears, but goes off in less time now. Could it be a sensor? Again I have no information on that particular car and I also have to purchase new tyre after 2k kms. Can any one send me a drawing and a picture of the engine and how to program and use the TV sreen. An attachment of the original manual and I will never forget the help given. BMW dealership with a parts and service department was were I purchased the  owners manual and its not for my car. I will try to google the info I need again but didn't give me the owners manual for my car. I find that Bizarre. God Bless
