My Avon Representative Has Disappeared. I Bought Shoes-need A Refund Or Exchange
I bought some shoes (booties) from my Avon representative. I've tried to contact her-no answer. I looked for her on the "find a representative" website. I can not find her. I need a refund or a different size in the shoes I bought. the shoes I bought were the Shimmering Lace bootie. I need a size 7, I have a size 8. These shoes are paid for. Can you help me?

Avon offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may call 1-800-265-AVON for an exchange or refund of the full price if you choose to return it. All refundable products must be returned within 2 months from the delivery date and be accompanied with a receipt. If 2 months have already gone by, I recommend contacting them anyway. They may be able to make an exception.
