Avast Was Removed From My Computer On Sept 3...yet On Sept 5, You Charged Me For

The Avast program was removed from my computer on Sept 3...Yet on Sept 5, you charged me forthe next year...in the amount of $42.+ for the Pro Antivirus, which I had gotten the year before foronly $19.+I have written you previously about this , when might I expect an answer and a refund to my charge card.
