Printer Setup For Mac

Hello! I am working with Cad 2015 on a Mac. I have never configured my printer before (always used the office setup). I am connected to a printer, but can only print the layer colors. I want to print in b/w with line weights, but don't see the option. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
