Asus X551ma Notebook Reset Function Key At Boot Up???

Is there a RESET FUNCTION KEY at BOOT UP for the ASUS X155MA notebook? I need to reset my notebook but it won't boot properly and I receive this blue screen message... YOR PD NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors. FILE\EFI\MICROSOFT\BOOT\BCD Error code: 0x0000034 PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP WITH THIS ISSUE.....PLEASE LET M KNOW BY ANSWERING. THANK YOU.

"Your PC needs to be repaired

You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you dont have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC Manufacturer."

So yeah, no media since I installed online. Perhaps I should have created a backup and recovery disc when I first installed, but I just didn't do it yet.

Is there any way to download the tools I need and install to a USB, so I can attempt repair? All I have access to right now is a laptop running Vista.

First of all these are information about the error .

Now the solution download microsoft usb to windows dvd tool

and make your usb device bootable once it done than open your bios and select usb storage device.

And than boot install a new one dont repair.
