What's the appropriate setting for this computer?
32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192 ????
What does this setting depend on?

The approiate setting is balance. If you make the number to low there will be a lot of interuptions. If you make the number to high then you will be waiting for a long time which is not good either. So you can play with the settings and see what is comfortable for you.
I would keep it around 32 or 64.
