Why Can't I Play A Dvd On My Asus Sdrw 08d2s U Lite?

What operating system are you trying to use the dvd with?
If you are trying with windows 7 and you are still having problems, sounds like you will have to send the unit in for service. Can you play other dvd's or disc.
