Keyboard Volume Buttons

The mute button on the keyboard works, but the volume up and down buttons on the keyboard do not. My model is the ET2411iuki-05, non touch screen, all in one. Is this a keyboard problem, or a feature that does not come with this model?

Should be able to work. Have you tried doing a factory restore. Restart your computer and keep pressing F9.

After you have done this and still the volume buttons don't work, sounds like you will have to return the unit for an exchange. Have you tried connecting another keyboard to see if the volume buttons do function. If so, then it's the keyboard.
