How Do I Do A Factory Reset For Windows 7?

There is some kind of malware error and I want to do a factory reset. I backed up all files and cannot figure this out. I am getting error code FFFFFFFE and when I googled it, it recommends reinstalling windows 7. Please help!! I tried a system restore but I never backed up my computer until yesterday

If you want to do a factory restore, all you have to do is restart your computer and keep pressing F9. There you will do a system recovery which will put everything back to factory settings and everything will be lost.

if you do a complete system restore, this will automatically reset your windows to original.don!t forget to backup your files to .a usb or disk before doing this procedure.On startup keep hitting F9. this will open the program to restore. do 2 partions(full) to get the original back to factory.
