I Cannot Get My Itunes Library (latest Version) To Connect To The Itunes Store,

i tried a diagnostic and have results on file, i tried emailing  support to no avail. I am stuck and cannot add songs or artwork to my account. I did check and re-new my user and password correctly. this occured since upgrading my itunes to latest version. HELP! [email protected] / password on request
