Issue In Apple Device

What is the process to connect a range extender to an Apple Extreme Airport device , Where is the a 'WPS button'?

You have to setup the Express, plug it in near the Extreme, and connect the two with Ethernet cable. Then, again open AirPort Utility, and run software update. After completing setup of the Express, disconnect it and plug it in to an electric receptacle at its intended location.
