Just take it into your local Apple store and they will either repair it or replace the phone, keeping the broken one. If it is still under some kind of warranty or you pay a small insurance fee along with your bill, this usually won't cost you anything. If your phone is out of warranty or uninsured, an estimated cost based on my own past experience would be around $200-$250(au). Tip: If asked how it was damaged, just say it fell off the end of your desk onto the floor. They may be hesitant to replace or fix it if they hear that it fell out of your pocket whilst you where leaning out a second story window. :)
