What is the process to cancel my Anthem Blue Cross policy?
I want to cancel my Anthem Blue Cross policy, but they make it really complicated. I have read a lot of Anthem Blue Cross cancellation nightmares so I was wondering if anybody had figured out the best process to cancel.

The easiest way to do it is to not pay your monthly premium. That inadvertently sends them a message that you're not happy with your policy. In the meantime, you have to provide them with a written statement confirming that you indeed wish to cancel your policy effective immediately (or whichever date you chose). Be sure to include your member number in your statement. If you live in California, you can fax your statement to 805-713-8845.
