- Make sure de device is plugged in or has enough battery to go through the reset process.
- Open the Settings app.
- Select System.
- Expand the menu by hitting Advanced.
- Go into Reset options.
- Hit Erase all data (factory reset).
- Tap on Erase all data.
- Enter your PIN if prompted.

1) HARD RESET
Press and hold the power and volume up buttons together to load the recovery mode. Using the Volume buttons to scroll through the menu, Highlight WIPE DATA /FACTORY RESET . Press the Power button to select. Highlight and select Yes to confirm the RESET
2) factory reset
Go to your PHONE Settings and search for BACKUPS & RESET or RESET for some Android devices.
From here, choose FACTORY RESET then scroll down and tap RESET DEVICES
Enter your password when you're prompted and hit Erase everything.
