To recover the data from the formatted memory card of your Android Mobile device, you will need to use a File Recovery Software. You can download the file recovery software for free online. These are the software that you will need.

To format a micro-sd card means to delete the contents and file directory and build a new directory. You basically reverted the card back to new condition and anything that was on it is gone.
