How Do I Transfer Music Files From My Mac To My Galaxy Nexus?
I've tried changing the setting on my phone so that the "MTP Media Transfer" thing is checked off, but that has not helped. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

You need a special program to transfer files back and forth using a Mac. See here for more information.
