They have almost the same CPU and memory, but Tipo have newer Android 4,0, Samsung have 2,3. But Samsung have a bit bigger screen.

I would choose Tipo.

i would suggest you xperia tipo as it has greater ram, internal memory, ics sandwich, but a small screnn but games work perfect on it including asphalt 6...

Since you are into gaming I would suggest go for Xperia Tipo as it has more internal memory and Ram meaning lesser chances of games with huge graphics and more space for the games to be installed. Also its with an advanced version of android OS - ICS.
