I Brought A Netbook / Tablet From Cvs And It Was Locked With A Code How Wil I Unlock It.

Unfortunately, the password can only be resetted using the gmail id registered with the tablet.
What you can do is remove the battery and boot in the tablet in recovery mode and factory resetting the tablet.
