Android Phone Is Slow

I have Moto G5S plus and I am experiencing its running very slow and apps are crashing. Kindly suggest.

In the unlikely event that your moto g5 plus becomes unresponsive, try a force reboot. To reboot the device, press and hold the Power key for 10 - 20 seconds. Warning: Don't attempt to remove or replace the battery -doing so may damage the battery and could cause burning and injury.
