Greetings - First of all you are expected to have obtained a tracking ID o your delayed baggage at irst as explained on the link below -

http://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInformation/baggage/delayed.jsp

Then the below comes to apply as well -

http://www.aa.com/contactAA/viewContactAAAccess.do?selectedFileName=baggageCustomerService.html

After a delayed bagged has been declared missing your should then be liable to being reimbursed - The right person to keep in contact with is the Airport Personnel as mentioned on the second link above.

If these steps are accordingly followed, all should go well
