I Paid To Check Bag On Flight That Was Later Cancelled. How To Get Refund?

Did the airline reprotect you on another flight? Or was your flight cancelled and you did not travel?

The flight was cancelled, but we were put on another carrier. We had to reclaim baggage, then recheck and repay with the other airline.
