Connecting To Aol Uk From Rwanda

Since yesterday, when I try to connect to my account [email protected], I get a message saying OOPs page not available, Error 420. Can't get on AOL,phoning customer services in UK prohibitive. What can I do? Please reply to my other email [email protected]
