Virus

My account was spamed and the scam sent an inappropriate email to everyone in my contact list. It has happened more than once. How do i get this fixed so they wont scam my e mail?

The only thing you can really do is change your password. You want to make sure it's a secure password as well. Use a mix of numbers, upper and lowercase letters, and symbols (like @ ! $).

If you want to be really secure then use a random password generator like this:

The scammer is obviously controlling your computer operating system and the entire hard disk drive. It is very important for you to consider scanning for the potential virus or spyware threats in your hard disk drive.

Try to install and perform a full system scan using a latest and updated antivirus software program. You can also use SpyNomo to effectively scan your entire hard disk for potential malicious software running in your system. Goodluck.
