I want to sign in but cannot. I tried your link to change my password but not successful. It has been 1 year since i contacted somebody from your customer hotline... done with their instruction but no feedback. I need to buy some e books. Please review problem of my account & notify me as soon as it is fixed so I can transact again. your customer service rating as of now is very poor. I hope you can do something soon. Thank you.
