my kindle will not turn on I live in el Salvador. where can I send it for service?

After logging into your Amazon account, there is an option under "More Order Actions" for "Return Items or Gifts". Follow the process to flag the order you received and it will give you options to return the item for service or credit. Amazon offers a 30 day return period, however if you are out of that period the Kindle warranty should be available since it is an Amazon product.
