No, it's definitely possible. 
You can ship electronic goods worldwide but they charge a shipping fee and maybe extra taxes.

It is not "utterly impossible," but you may encounter issues with customs in some countries. There are no "extra taxes." Also, we do not have trade agreements with some countries (like Pakistan, Iran, N. Korea, etc.) so items could not be shipped there.
