Customer Satisfaction

I guess the previous answer is essentially "do nothing"; and I disagree. While Amazon's customer service enjoys a pretty good reputation, that in my view stems solely from its 24/7 availability. The reps are often clueless, and even escalation to a supervisor can be ineffective. My answer to your question is more training and closer supervision for the reps. But the basic problem may be the wage scale for the reps, who too frequently seem to be flatly unqualified.

I do not presume to know what would satisfy such a large customer base as Amazon but in my dealings, when issues arise Amazon will handle the situation to my satisfaction.
