How Can I Return Items To Amazon

When you log into your amazon account, go to the "Your account" page (link on top right). In the "Orders" box, under the "More Order Actions" list is a link titiled "Return Items or Gift." Clicking this will let you know if you order is returnable and what the process to do so is.

- Enter the order number for the item you want to return. ...

- Select Continue.

- Select the items you want to return, enter the quantity of items you want to return, and then select a return reason from the drop-down menu

First open amazon app

Then click on three lining in left top side there you will see an your order option click on that and choose which order you want to return and then click on return and replacement option

Note- check whether the item is refundable or not

1. Each order will be in a box. Scroll down to the order you want to return.
2. Click the Return items button on the right side.
3. Click the checkmark next to each product you want to return.
4. On the right-side of the products you want to return, select a reason for return from the drop-down menu.
5. Briefly explain the problem in the box that appears below the drop-down menu. This box will appear once you select a reason for return.
6. Click Continue.
7. In the next page, Amazon will offer a way to resolve the problem. In most cases there will just be one option selected by default - Refund. Click Continue.
8. The next page is where you schedule a pickup. Select a pickup date from the drop-down menu.
9. Your delivery address will be displayed by default. If you want to schedule a pickup at another address, click Change address.
10. When you're ready to complete the return process, click Submit. Amazon will send someone to pick up the goods you want to return. They'll give you a return receipt. Keep that safe until the refund is credited to your account.

To return an item you ordered:

1. Tap on Your Orders in the app Menu.
2. Tap on the completed order that you need to create a return for.
3. Tap on Order Details.
4. Tap on the Return button under the Shipment Details section to create a return for the item.
5. Enter the quantity of items, select an option from the Reason for return menu, and then add any additional information in the Comments box. Click on Continue.Note: In case you're trying to return a smartphone, then you'll be prompted to install a diagnostic app to validate the defect. 6. Choose the refund mechanism.
7. Choose the pickup date and slot. That's it your return is scheduled.
