Regardless of the terms to which Bernadette referred you, Amazon will not force you to pay for an item you did not receive or received too late. If the item was never shipped, Amazon will cancel the order. Otherwise, you may have to return the item upon receipt. Most probably, they may not give a refund If the product is not delivered within a day as per their terms here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=short_url?nodeId=13819201
You will only get a refund if the product is not delivered to you at all and for that, you will need to raise a complaint with their customer care department.
