1. Check your order details:
Log in to your Amazon account and go to "Your Orders".
Find the specific order that wasn't delivered and click on it.
Check the order status and estimated delivery date.
See if there are any tracking updates available.
2. Contact Amazon customer service:
If the order status is still showing "pending" or "shipped" after the estimated delivery date, you should contact Amazon customer service.
You can call them at 1-888-280-4331, or use the online chat support on their website.
