Greetings - This two pieces of information is of cause fully known to Amazon, however they get VERY protective of their members' privacy - it will take a serious court case/lawsuit to have them finally disclosing such information - Taking this kind of responsibility may have already been disclaimed on thier Terms and Conditions more over.

If you mean is it possible for someone OTHER than you person you sent it to to redeem the card, it is impossible to know that. You would have to go to court and subpoena Amazon to get the IP address of the person who redeemed it. Not much chance of that.
