It seems 6I0s9fQ6 overlooked the fact that you have a trial membership (not a paid membership).

Go to Manage Your Prime Membership. To cancel an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue.

You don't have to phone Amazon, but here's the phone number: (866) 216-1072

To cancel your Amazon Prime free trial, you can follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Amazon website and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on the "Account & Lists" drop-down menu in the top right corner and select "Your Account."
  3. Select the "End Membership and Benefits" option.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Alternatively, you can also contact Amazon customer service by Phone. You can call their customer service at 1-888-280-4331 (Toll Free) for further assistance in canceling the free trial or with any other issues. Please note that if you cancel your free trial, you will lose access to the service immediately and will not be charged for the service after the trial period ends.
