My Amana Mod# Nfw7300ww1, Serial# Hl11549826
This model is not spinning and draining even though it sound like its trying to.

If it won't drain or spin, take off the lower access panel. There are 3 screws to get it off right below the front panel. You will see a white pump. See image 1. Get some towels ready for some water. Turn the white coin trap access counterclockwise until you can pull it out. Check the trap for debris. If it has alot in the trap clean it out and try a drain and spin cycle. If same problem continues, you will need to replace the pump. Below is a video on how to replace.
