My Alcatel A845l Won't Make Or Receive Calls.

my apps work and text messaging works but phone won't make or receive calls. Please help,! When I try to make a call my phone powers partly down. Same thing happens when someone tries to call.

Try the following

Remove the battery and thoroughly clean both the phone and the battery's gold contacts
If the above does not work, then back up you data and perform a hard reset
You will have to contact your carrier if all be to no avail.
