Problem With My Alcatel Ot 997d

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my Alcatel One Touch 997D. Many times a day a get a message "Restricted access changed" and one of my sim cards loses signal. (sometimes both od them). My voice calls are always being interrupted so I'm really wondering how to fix this. I have updated it with Alcatel One Touch upgrade tool but nothing changed. Can somebody help me?
